3. PLACING & MANAGING ORDERS
3.1 HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
- • Log in to the order form at https://forms.gle/LFUtpYw3bsZZn1p78
- • Enter your Seller ID, name, and contact details.
- • Select products and quantities required.
- • Confirm your delivery address.
- • Submit the form and receive an acknowledgement within 2 hours.
- • Make payment via the official payment portal or bank transfer.
- • Receive dispatch confirmation with tracking number within 24 hours.
3.2 ORDER MODIFICATIONS
- • Changes to an order can be made within 4 hours of submission.
- • Changes after 4 hours may not be accommodated if goods are being processed.
- • Quantity increases are subject to stock availability.
4. PAYMENT SUPPORT
- Issue: Payment made but not reflected | Resolution Steps: Email proof of payment to official@powerstarindia.com within 24 hours
- Issue: Wrong amount debited | Resolution Steps: Share bank statement; correction processed within 3 business days
- Issue: Refund for returned goods | Resolution Steps: Raise return request; credit note issued within 7 days
- Issue: Invoice discrepancy | Resolution Steps: Contact your Area Manager or email seller@powerstarindia.com
- Issue: Credit limit increase request | Resolution Steps: Submit request after 6 months of active selling history
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & TRAINING
- • Product catalogues and price lists are shared quarterly or on update.
- • Product usage, storage, and handling training is provided during onboarding.
- • FSSAI compliance, shelf life, and storage temperature details are printed on all SKUs.
- • Online training materials available through your area manager.
- • New product launches are communicated via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
6. DAMAGED / SHORT SUPPLY COMPLAINTS
- • Report within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- • Share photos of damaged goods, outer carton, and delivery label.
- • Our team will verify and issue a Credit Note or Replacement within 7 days.
- • Shortages (less quantity than invoiced): Raise immediately with delivery proof.
- NOTE: Claims raised after 48 hours may not be entertained. Always inspect goods at the time of delivery.
7. MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT
- • Point-of-Sale (POS) materials (banners, shelf strips, danglers) provided free of charge.
- • Product samples provided for new SKU launches.
- • Joint promotions, local advertising support, and scheme participation.
- • Social media support: tag us @PowerStarIndia for feature on official channels.
8. SELLER PERFORMANCE & INCENTIVES
- Achievement: Monthly target achieved | Incentive: 2–5% volume bonus
- Achievement: Quarterly top performer | Incentive: Recognition + additional margin
- Achievement: Annual highest sales | Incentive: Travel incentive / trophy
- Achievement: New seller referral (approved) | Incentive: Rs. 2,000 referral bonus
