1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.

- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery as per the return policy below.
- Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- The product packaging is tampered with or broken upon receipt.

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

3. Refund Policy
Once a return is approved by our team, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card) used at the time of purchase.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days of return approval. The credited amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Failed Transactions: If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. If not received within this period, please contact us with the transaction reference number.
4. Replacement Policy
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion, particularly for:

5. Non-Refundable Items
