- Partnership Type: E-Commerce Partnership | Description: Listing and selling on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart
- Partnership Type: Institutional Supply | Description: Bulk supply to corporates, hotels, hospitals, canteens, schools
- Partnership Type: Agricultural / Sourcing Partner | Description: Raw material procurement tie-ups with farmers or FPOs
- Partnership Type: NGO / CSR Partnership | Description: Social impact collaborations aligned with our CSR mandate

3. CRITERIA FOR PARTNERSHIP
- • Legally registered entity with valid GST / trade / import license.
- • Financially stable and capable of meeting agreed targets.
- • Alignment with Power Star India’s brand values: quality, trust, and integrity.
- • Ability to provide market reach and distribution infrastructure.
- • Agreement to exclusivity clauses (if applicable) for the assigned territory.
4. PARTNERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS
- • Submit a partnership inquiry via official@powerstarindia.com or website contact form.
- • Initial discussion with our Business Development team within 5 business days.
- • Submission of company profile, KYC, and financial track record.
- • Due diligence and credit verification by Power Star India.
- • Negotiation and signing of a formal Partnership Agreement.
- • Onboarding and orientation session with key team members.
5. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT ESSENTIALS
- All partnerships are formalized through a signed Partnership Agreement that includes:
- • Scope of the partnership and defined territory.
- • Revenue sharing or pricing structure.
- • Performance targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- • Branding and marketing guidelines.
- • Confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses.
- • Termination conditions and notice periods.
- • Dispute resolution mechanism.
- • Governing law (India) and jurisdiction (Bihar courts).
6. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
6.1 DOMESTIC PARTNERS
- • Revenue sharing: As per the negotiated agreement (typically 10–30% margin).
- • Advance payment required for initial stock or infrastructure investment.
- • Payments via NEFT/RTGS/UPI to Power Star India’s official bank account.
- • Monthly sales reconciliation and statement provided.
6.2 INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS
- • SWIFT / Wire Transfer in USD for all cross-border payments.
- • Letter of Credit (LC) accepted for institutional partners.
- • Revenue share and commission structures are defined in the export agreement.
- • Royalty arrangements (for co-branding) are governed by a separate IP licensing agreement.
7. CO-BRANDING & WHITE LABEL
- • Available for established partners with a minimum annual commitment of Rs. 25,00,000 (domestic) or USD 50,000 (international).
- • Product formulations and quality standards remain Power Star India’s responsibility.
- • The partner’s brand is displayed alongside Power Star India branding as per agreed design.
- • All co-branded products must receive written brand approval before going to market.
8. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTNERS
- • Maintain confidentiality of business strategies, pricing, and proprietary information.
- • Not engage with direct competitors in ways that conflict with the partnership agreement.
- • Meet agreed minimum business targets or face restructuring of terms.
- • Maintain product integrity, storage, and FSSAI compliance at all times.
- • Submit monthly performance reports to the assigned Partner Manager.
